Harvesting natural botanicals from Castle Hill and the surrounding area, we have created a London Dry with the flavours found in the local contryside.

Perfect Serve – Fill a chilled glass with plenty of ice, add a double measure of Huddersfield Gin and and a Fever-tree plain light tonic, garnish with a slice of lemon.
